Reading Your Bill
Traditional account members will receive a regular monthly bill. Members on a pre-pay account will NOT receive monthly bills, these members can see their current balance on their In-Home Display Unit. For a detailed explanation of the information listed on your bill, please select one of the sample bills below. If you are on budget billing select the "budget bill" sample. If you are on a traditional account, and are not taking advantage of budget billing, please select the "traditional bill" sample below.
